Amazon/Ebay lookup services

I need 2 interfaces:

1. Amazon -- Product Advertising API

Interface will read an excel file with 100+ items with keywords and return the lowest price and the number of items listed as new and used for each item. The Amazon query will use the keywords for the item. The program will modify the excel spreadsheet with the results that are found w/ each seach.

Input: Keywords for product from .xls sheet

Output: Price of new items, # of new items listed added to the .xls sheet

2. Ebay -- GetItem Search

Program will search Ebay for item by keyword and populate the spreadsheet with the count of the items found matching the keywords and the lowest buy it now price.

Input: Keywords from .xls sheet

Output: Count of items listed, Buy it now prices for each listing added to the .xls sheet

3. Training --

I have JEdit on my laptop, and am very rusty at programming, but I would like this application to be compiled on my JEdit laptop and a walkthrough of all the code so that I can make adjustments to it going forward. I would like the developer to use Team Viewer to remote into my machine and install the code so that I can compile and run it on my laptop.
