what i need to implement is a mobile or pda application written in j2me , this application for taking student attendance in the class for schools or colleges or any university .

every teach or professor will download this application in his protable device , so he can access to his profile in the server , and he can see the subjects he are teaching , classes , labs , and can view the list of student in each class or group,

so he can take the attendance of any class if the student is absent or present . also every teach should has the ability to see the hisotry of each student in his subjects( how many lecture he is absent , the precentage of absence ) .

also : when the doctor/professor took the attendance , ofcourse he should press submit to connect to the database and update it , what i need that at this moment , the server should send an automatic sms message to father's students ( absent students ) telling him that his son is absent .

another thing : in many universities or colleges in the world there is a limit for the student he can be absent and if he exceed it , he can't attend the final exam , so there is a warning system , the maximum you can be absent from one subject is 20% ,,, if you absent for 5% , they will send you a printed letter warning , and after 10% , they will send the seocnd warning ..etc ..

also we can add with sms notification , email notification .

what i want is that the server will do that automaticly by sending also automatic messges to thes student and his father ,,the server will send automatic sms watrning messages .

what else we need is an administartion site ,, they can monitor the databse and this site should have all the feature that come in mind for attendace of students in any university ,, full feature site ....

put your mind that the many people will download the application and every perosn should have his own profile in his application = every teacher teaches different classes than others ?

to work with your company , i recommend a professional report for me , have full details spepcification and requirement , programming languages will be used , tools , compilors , servers , design , graphs , charts ,,,, full feature report have every thing ,, this report will be delevered to my team and my boss ....

don't forget also to mentin the expected price , and the period you need .

The system suggestted to be all implemented in java ,

using j2me for mobile application ,, also JSP for the web interface and also we need servlet in this application ,

users for this system , mobile users = teachers , also they can login to the system throught a web site ,,,

also administrators = they are the main user who can do any functions in the databse and they manage profiles for each teacher and create their accounts ,

please if yopu wana really work with me , if you are not busy , please bid and directly send me a report about the project ... also you should be good writter to write good reports ,, you should be good teacher to explain every thing for me ,, you shuold have good communication skills and be online in msn for alot of time ,,,,,,

i hate any delay really for deleivering the product or also the reports that i will ask for them ,, i may even put a rule saying that for any delay i will lower the price for the product ,, you should be professional as i will be professional with you.

don't forget that the application for mobile phones so choose the best protocol for communication between mobile and server ,, i know there alot of protocols..

you should know that i'm computer engineer so deal with me as professional man with your reports and with your timeline and deadline .

please lower your bid as much as you can.
