Internet Marketing for a social website with referral link to promote

We are interested to hire a firm / independent contractor that will be in charge of building our user database by doing internet marketing.

We will provide you a referral link and users will have to sign up to that link. We can agree on a hourly rate job with hourly performance objectives or commission based job based on how many users are signed up.

We target new users that have a website to promote and are looking for visibility. We offer a PPC solution with high social visibility and engagement.

Please tell us what strategy you will use to find new users interested to promote their website, blog or social page. We believe that personal message / email is the best solution to convince this type of user. We will not be responsible of any account, email or be involve with terms and conditions with any website that you are using.

Please tell us your hourly rate and what other payment method you are interested to do as another option (commission basis, fix price, etc).

NDA and contract to be signed before starting the work. Please include an initial 2 hours of test and money back if not satisfied.

This is a long term job ... Looking for someone that can communicate and write perfectly in English.
