Automated script to query webpage for stock levels from txt file or CSV

We have a webpage that has a window that we input a part number and submit for stock level. I would like to have a script that pulls these part numbers from a csv ? file.
Then the results are recorded to CSV or ? I can provide a login for the site for testing.
