I need some Graphic Design

I want to design a new identity for my website which need to be responsive (logo)
+ designed Banners to go on the category pages and Homepage for the full site.
Design should cover the following elements:
- logo
- Home page carroussel and other banners and marketing spots: propose a layout
- banner templates (multi language, including arabic in RTL: content need to be editable and for arabic image and content need to flip to RTL). CTA need to be positionned.
For any banner change, it should require only copy and image change

- Email template
- newsletter - pop up
- Contact form
- Marketing sport on the fly out menu
- Count down module for flash sale
Attached is some briefs for some of the banners.
On the designed elements are done, it is required to upload them to the site and check the responsiveness.
The work need to be completed in one week maximum.
