I need my logo animated

I need my logo animated to play once and stop. this will be on a website. THE TAG line below the logo has to be created by you. it will be simple text and it will loop through 20-30 different words.
FOR EXAMPLE:
LOGO HERE LOAD ONCE
tag line here - the 20-30 words __________ change every 1-2 seconds
[login to view URL] - see this website for example. at the bottom the words in red change.
need this done in GIF and the 20-30 words will be on continue loop but the logo will only animate every time the website is refreshed or reloaded.
animation will have no sound and will need to be transparent for website.
I will also need two separate files of the finished animation.
1) the logo animated
2) the tag line animated.
