Hello,
I run a business in which I design promotional materials for companies and their distributors order them. The business cards, flyers, door hangers, car magnets and yard signs get customized with the distributor's personal info.
Here is what I'm looking for:
My company is growing and I can't handle all of the customization work myself. I need freelancers who I can send a spreadsheet with customer information such as name, email, phone number and website that will go on my designs. You will download the background designs (PSD files) from my dropbox, download the spreadsheet with the custom information (new spreadsheets will be uploaded almost everyday), put the specified information on the designs, then upload the completed files (as JPEG). It is very simple work.
I need a freelancer who is good at understanding how to space out lines of information on the designs. Some name, emails, websites, etc are longer than others and will need to be adjusted accordingly to fit the space provided and still look good.
I have attached two business card examples and two flyer examples to show how lines of information are different lengths and horizontal scale and sometimes font size will need to be adjusted for information to comfortably fit.
Right now we get about 50 orders per week and this is expected to start growing at a fast rate. The customization work takes around a minute per file.
I WANT TO PAY PER FILE. Payments will be made daily according to work completed. We can discuss best time for spreadsheet uploads and time frame for when work should be completed by. This is a good source for continuous income that will grow over time (potentially VERY quickly).
