Design some Business Cards Full Time

Full time Business Card Designs able to work from 8 am to 5 pm PST
Must be able to communicate fast and timely by skype
Be able to fix jpeg logos to vector
Supply customer with 5 to 10 card designs within 1 hour
Typically handle 8 to 10 customers daily.
We already have a full time designer for this job. His issue is he disappears , stops communicating, works when he wants to work.
This work ethic is not accectable.
