Looking for an Architect/Graphic Artist to do an inspiring exterior and interior visual depiction of a hostel. 2,872 SF, 3-story corner property that was previously a bakery on the first floor and an office on the top two floors ([url removed, login to view]). Basic floor plans available. It's a great space and we're looking for someone to bring creative, sustainable and affordable ideas to the table.
Mechanical and electrical a plus.
