1 minute Animation!

I would like to have an animation that takes maximum 1 minute. Caracters should look somehow realistic and will tell a very short story. You can do it anyway you like.
Conditions:
- Playtime cartoon max. 1 minute
- No audio sound
- Use realistic caracters like 'Sims'?
- I would like to burn animation on DVD so it can be played in DVD player.
- Animation will be played on 20'' LCD monitor (does this matter?)
- Viewing distance minimum 50 centimeters and maximum 6 meters
- There is a 2 line flashing or scrolling text possibility below the animation. I can insert any text manually and burn animation including text on DVD disc each time.
This text field will on top and below. It will be like 16:9 dvd. You see on top and below a black line, also used for subtitle. I will use this to show messages below. On top I will probably show only shopname!
