Facebook PVAs needed

We are looking for someone that can create us Facebook PVA accounts. We don't want just the accounts created, we are also looking for someone to join 100 groups with those accounts. The groups that we would like the users to become members of would be related to work at home, business, investing, etc... Anything related to those interests. If this is something you can help us with, let us know how much per account that you would charge. Thanks.
For whoever we select for this project, they'll need to provide us with the Facebook user accounts/passwords, the email account information that was used to create the accounts.
We understand that it takes time to be approved for groups, but if you could start the process of joining many groups for us, that is what we are looking for.
