Duration Between Time-stamps Report Automation in Excel

I'm looking for an expert who can help me streamline the process of time-stamp duration reporting in Excel. The solution I'm seeking should ideally have the following components:
I have a report (excel-sheet) exported from a system that I use in a weekly basis, however in this report, the date and time of processing exported in a form of “timestamp” and in order to calculate elapsed time of each stage in cycle, every time I have to do the followings:
- Fix the format issue in excel since system always export data in a form of “timestamp” and there is no to fix that.
- Exclude non-working hours for each stage/ elapsed time.
- Exclude Weekends (Friday & Saturday).
- Sum up the total of elapsed times
Do you have a solution that I can use the as tool either by creating excel Macro or Power BI, etc that I can use by uploading or copy paste exercise?
Note // please I’m not looking for a one-time report or fixing the uploaded files
Excell File attached 3 sheets (1- the exact report exported 2- report exported with expected results explained 3-Highlights)
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working with similar projects, possess advanced skills in Power BI and Excel Macro, and be able to deliver a streamlined solution that not only automates the duration process but also can easily be understood and utilized by others.
