Dear Tillyjean, good job on the last one, more of the same please.

Keep an eye on unnecessary capitalizations by the original writer. Not a fan of those.

Assignment 1: Change

Same thing as last time, blow it up, put it back together, look to improve cohesion between paragraphs, preserve word count.

Assignment 2: Negotiation

Remove the arbitrary sub-section titles the original writer has put in there, then add at least a few words at the start of each paragraph starting with paragraph number three to make sure a reader can follow the thread of thought from "negotiation in general" to "these are the five phases of negotiation" to "these are the skills a good negotiator should possess".

Otherwise: Same thing as last time, blow it up, put it back together, look to improve cohesion between paragraphs, preserve word count.

Thanks for the quick turnaround. I have a final high priority assignment (~2000-3000 words) that will require less heavy editing, more sporadic word replacement, incoming on Sunday the 28th, but I will need a turnaround of less than 12 hours. Talk to me in chat about it. Regards
