Altova MapForce Hands-On Training

Background information: For my current project I need to synchronize one XLIFF file (developer team output) with one Excel file (subject matter team input). To this end I started using Altova MapForce but find it rather daunting.
What's needed is hands-on training by sharing a screen (e.g. Zoom) with me so that we can immediately get started on this task. I think of one to two hours that will be needed. As there may be unexpected issues and new requirements, this might turn out to be three to four hours.
Requirements: Experience with Altova MapForce, English or German language proficiency, helpful attitude.
Alternative solution approaches (XSLT) could be discussed if they lead to satisfying solutions.
