Need document converted to mobi file for Kindle

I need my PDF converted to a .mobi or .epub file.
The file needs to be compatible for submission to Kindle.
The Word Doc is 104 pages and the PDF will likely be ~140 pages.
I’m on a tight deadline and need this project finished by September 21.
Please don’t apply if you don’t have any experience formatting for Kindle (through Kindle Direct Publishing).
I don’t want this done with a converting software. I want it done manually by someone who will go through and check to make sure everything looks good, all the links are correct/clickable, and there are no errors.
