Hello,
I am looking for someone to migrate my Drupal and Wordpress websites to run on a new instance of Django CMS.
I have one website running on Drupal 7 and another one on Wordpress 5. I want both to run on a new instance of Dajngo CMS.
The 2 websites must be completely separate from each other where each one has its own logins, admin panel and content.
Although they are separate, they should run on a single Django CMS installation.
The instance will run on a Ubuntu 18 server running only standard packages. The sites must run on the supplied python3 version
as it comes with that distro. The same applies to any databases that you need (mysql is preferred). I would like to keep
dependencies on external modules and or packages to an absolute minimum and in any case from the standard Ubuntu and
standard pip feeds.
The websites need to be migrated using the same theme and they need to look the same.
I would like the admin panel to be just as easy to use as the Wordpress one so I can easily outsource content creation.
Both need the ability to edit and show a foto slideshow and adding photos should be easy to do. Editing content should
be possible using plain text and full HTML and possibly some in-between method (.md format?) but in a WYSIWIG fashion.
The Drupal site is multi language and I would like it to remain that way. Managing the translation of content as it is done in Drupal 7
is what I would like to see in the new site as well. The Wordpress site will only use one language.
The resulting code and installation documentation should be delivered in readable source code without any license limitations. In
other words, I get full rights to usage, modification and (re)distribution. You are free to reuse the deliverables but that does not include any
content I supplied (text, photos, themes, etc, etc).
