Full time experienced media buyer and optimization specialist (affiliate marketing)

We run the entire traffic experience. From spying on competitors to creating the landing pages to strategically buying the media, every month we send large volume of unique visitors to publisher websites and our internal offers.

Join our Media buying team as the optimization specialist! We are looking for an experienced and motivated candidate with the right mix of skills and attitude to join our growing team.

This person would be responsible for the analysis large data to find profitable targets to better optimze our campaigns

The ideal candidate is a analytical thinker, can mange people, multi-tasker, a quick learner, possesses strong skills, and is a team player with a winning attitude.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Developing, and optimizing campaigns.

Spying, campaign research, campaign setup, campaign optimization, campaign management, maximizing ad spend with a focus on cash-flow, leveraging and recycling all clicks. A/ B testing creatives, copy, and landing pages. Understand all aspects for placing and managing ad campaigns

What We're Looking For:

1 years experience in media buying / digital marketing preferred

Familiar with media buying terminology such as PPC, CPA, CPL, CPM, EPC, oCPM and more.

Must have a strong financial and analytical background and ability to interpret and present large amounts of data.

Knowledge and experience using POP, PPV, GDN, Search, FB a plus.

Strong knowledge of performance statistics

Someone who has a holistic perspective on digital marketing with a strong understanding of how different media channels work together in a campaign.

Strong ability to make actionable decisions based on data from web analytics platforms, & internal data tools.

Ability to tell a meaningful story rooted in data based insights

Excel/Google spreadsheet competent

Smart, innovative, web savvy, hard working

Excellent written, interpersonal, communication & presentation skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Drive to further your professional development

Ability to multitask with solid time management skills

Ability to work in a fast paced, open & entrepreneurial environment.
