Good day, we are a small audio-visual company in South Africa. I would like to generate quotations (Proforma Invoices) and be able to track all quotations. I downloaded a Invoice generator and tracker, that I have modified to our company details, but the headings and information is not what I need. I need the spreadsheet to reflect the info we need to send to the customer. I would also like to have a PDF short cut button. If possilbe quotes must be send in PDF straight from the excel sheet to the customer and a copy of the invoice sent to my email. The email that is sent to the customer should have a standard message attached, with fields that will be picked up from the spreadsheet eg. name, job number, make and model. I need to be able to use the 'main - Invoice' tab to add job numbers and PRF# so it will follow in sequence. I also want drop down lists on this tab, to select the item without having to type it out everytime. Item descriptions with automatic pricing must also function. Once you look at the attached excel file, it should be clear. 1 spreadsheet has the sample of how the proforma (quotation) must look for our company. The other spreadsheet is the Invoice tracker I downloaded from the internet. I am attaching a PDF of how our previous quotations looked.
