Customer Service Representative
HR-DEP a marketing company that is excellent at getting targeted traffic. We are looking for people to add to our team.
Responsibilities:
* Professionally, efficiently and accurately handle billing, meter, and sales application calls
* Generate credit documents for promotional activities
* Assist customers with purchase
* Refunds and transfers according to company's guidelines.
* Respond to Customer Emails regarding balance information
* Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Call center experience is a plus, but not necessary
* Strong follow up communication skills
