Seeking a skilled freelancer to create interactive HTML from an SVG file. The purpose of the interactive HTML is to display animated effects and HTML content. I have a specific design in mind for the interactive HTML. The level of interactivity required is moderate, including click and drag functionality.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with SVG files and animation
- Strong understanding of interactivity and user experience design
- Ability to bring a specific design concept to life in HTML
- Familiarity with click and drag functionality

Attached is an HTML file that everything is working as I want it except the bottom section of the wheel image says 'Measure Major Accounts' and it needs to say 'Strategic Account Development'.
This was supplied to me be someone that needs help changing this as they have lost contact with the developer that built this for them.
I have also attached the SVG and Adobe Illustrator file of the wheel that was used to create this in case you need it.
Don't worry about the missing images or links that may show in the left hand panel HTML. All I need is the exactly same HTML code to be all working the same way but the wording on that bottom part of the wheel changed from 'Measure Major Accounts' to 'Strategic Account Development'
