Modify [login to view URL] to change body links format

On my website, the body links are the same colour as the body text making it impossible for the reader to know it is actually an hyperlink.
I would like to change the link format to: #66BCDA and underlined. The current hover colour is fine.
In some posts, the hyperlinks are being "crossed" (see screenshot). Problem to be fixed as well...
