Design a Zoho CRM system

We Develop a Zoho CRM system for an institute which shall have the following modules (non-exclusive) –

1. LEADS

– for capturing the prospective students information for various courses. Also linked to Partners module

2. APPLICATIONS

– for capturing the information of students who have applied (but not enrolled) for various courses or have visited the school for counseling of the courses. Also linked to Partners module

3. ENROLLMENT

– for capturing, managing and reporting the information of students who have been admitted / enrolled in the courses. It should also have fields for the documents submitted by the students, documents issued by the school. Further, this module should also show the detailed payment status of each student against their respective semester / course. Also linked to Partners / Payment module

4. PARTNERS

– for managing the various partners such as career counselors who have enrolled students in our courses. Further, this module should also show the students who have enrolled as well as the payment made to the career counselor against each student. Also linked to Leads / Applications / Enrollment module

5. PAYMENT

– for capturing and managing all relevant payment related information (with a multiple payment options). Fees are received in the form of course fees, exam fees, late fine, etc. per semester per course. Also linked to Enrollment / Partners module. Some of the features would be –

a. Money Receipt Generation to the student

b. Send / receive automatic alerts for payment received as well as due.

c. Auto calculation of late fine

d. keep track of students payment semester wise - fully paid, partly paid, not paid, installments

e. Generate Reports semester wise - fully paid, partly paid, not paid, installments

NOTE:

Preference would be given to those who are proficient in Zoho and have worked on Zoho projects (links of the project to be shared)

Linking of existing Web forms in website to Zoho. Also putting a Zoho lead capturing form in Facebook
