I need a designer to develop a concept for the design of a carry on inflatable "swag" which will go with a patented luggage package for economy airline passengers. This is low budget with the successful bidder, if the project takes off, heading for sponsorship to Australia and permanent residency. I will travel to the designer at first should that be necessary. Manufacture will be outside Australia.
