Bulk Email

We are in need of one or more freelancers to help expand our email marketing program for an upcoming book publishing. This is the first in a series.

Bidders should have their own list of US emails, the larger the better, and must be CAN-SPAM compliant. You will need to demonstrate that your list contains opt-in names before proceeding by showing a few lines of email data with their opt-in IP and date.

The successful bidder will be able to send respectable volumes of email each day, and the project will continue for several weeks depending upon your price and volume. Our current email metrics are the following, per million: sent, 100%; delivered 42%, opens 1.9%, clicks .3%. We are looking for a bidder to match or exceed these easy standards.

The successful bidder may also assist in setting up a new HTML email, and testing against a spam rating tool to make sure it will be deliverable. We will provide a rough layout and images, and will likely want to do one or two simple revisions to make it look great. Please include this in your price. However, we may provide a different HTML if another is performing better.

To protect ourselves from those that don't actually send the email, or can't get them delivered due sending issues or bad data, we will pay $20-30/million sent based on the metrics above. 3,000 unique usa clicks = 1 million sent. We track the links when they redirect to the website. If you are experienced, you may do better and make more per million if you can get more email to inboxes. We are hiring for performance.

This project will be a continuing and repeat project for those who meet or exceed our metrics.
