Transcribe 7.5 Hr Audio

I have 15 recorded interviews, ranging from 20 minutes to 40 minutes each, fair assumption would be 30+ minutes average. Successful bidder should have no problem understanding English spoken by non native English speaking people (interviewed people have different backgrounds).
In each interview, there is only one person asking the questions and only one person answering.
The questions are the same for all interviews, so one way to do this is to transcribe the first interview, format it properly and separate who is asking and who is answering (there are no names in the recordings, just: Question (put that in bold), and then write the question, and then Answer (put that in bold) and write the answer).
Then delete all the answers and use that as a template for the remaining 14 interviews. I'm not saying that all questions are exactly 100% the same, but they are fairly similar so if this proposed method does not help then please do it the way you see best fit.
All recordings are in English and transcription is required in UK English (se not ze, our not or etc).
Please quote as follows:
1. Please provide quote for fixed lump sum fee.
2. Allow to submit one interview at a time, not the whole in one lot at the end.
3. Documents submitted in Microsoft Word .docx format, paper size A4, spell checked and properly formatted, font Arial 11 throughout, only bold is Question and Answer, no need for styling. File name same as the name of the audio mp3 file corresponding to the interview, one doc per session.
4. The work shall all be complete within two weeks from award of contract.
