Professional Marketing Video Needed for Website

We are currently getting an education based e-learning website developed, and we need a 1-2 minute engaging marketing video made that is going to be accessed and viewed from the home page of the site (most likely hosted on YouTube or Vimeo).
We want the visuals of the video to be animated or graphic based, but we are interested in different ideas about the design, format, and actual content. We have been working on a script and audio content and have equipment to do the audio portion, but once again, we are open to different ideas. After selection, the work would need to be done within three weeks.
