I need to transform this template into a customized site adapted for the local requirements.

I need to transform the main page into a more simple and straightforward interface.

I will probably need to change the way ads are displayed, and few other changes.

I will need to have support and other changes once the website is running.

I put a link with the template I want to use. I will need advice in different matters, I need fast response to my requests, someone flexible and experienced.

The main interface should look like this: [login to view URL] I need all categories and subcategories displayed on home page and also all districts of romania displayed on one side. I will also need to update the location database to Romania including all districts, cities and villages The payment will be made in installments as the progress goes on, the last pay will be once I'm happy the website is running well. I will need maintenance also.
