Apply new skin/template to existing Magento site

I have an existing magento website - www.easyentertaining.com.au. The site is for an Australian party supply business.
I would like to change the look and feel of this site and was considering a new template - [login to view URL]
I am looking for a freelancer who can change my entire site over to fit with this template – so it is a complete and functional site. I would like to work with this freelancer in the future to keep the site relevant and effective. So please bid on this job if you are a Magento expert and have a nice clean design eye and want to work in partnership with me in the future. It will also be beneficial if you have a good understanding of English so we can get the job done efficiently and without stress.
Essentially, I would like to have the following:
1. New images to be supplied by me - as the hero images on the home page. New artwork to be developed for the banners down the right hand side.
2. Logo to be incorporated - no need to keep the existing banner with the stars, sunshine and butterfly that is on the existing site – just the logo will be fine.
3. Template colour palette to be adjust to reflect our corporate colours - orange, white and dark grey.
4. Top navigation menu on existing site to be replaced with a drop down category menu -
eg children's parties, grown-up parties, baby showers etc etc (all of the categories). The navigation menu in the current website would not appear anywhere.
5. Press room in template to be re-named 'Blog' with content from our existing blog transferred over.
6. Feature banner encouraging fans on facebook, twitter and to sign up for our newsletter – to be incorporated into the home page.
7. Develop a landing page for each category (if the user doesn't go directly to the party theme of their choice). For example, under children's parties - there would be a heading – ‘Children’s Parties’, a hero picture, a block of text and then a breakdown of all of the party themes(sub categories) - possibly with images (as per current site) - but only if
they are easy for me to upload myself (I can only the WYSWJG and don't know coding).
At the end of the job, essentially I expect a fully functioning website with all of the features of the new-look site being operational and all of my existing data (product descriptions, images etc) appearing.
When you bid for the job, please advise how long will the job take, when will you start and when will you finish?
