Convert a Template to a Website

I have an existing wordpress template ([login to view URL]) which I would like cutomized to a 10 page realestate website. the finished product will look very similar to the demo site provided in the link.
The site will be hosted on site5 server, and will need to have a static custom homepage with a Jquery slider. I will provide the design layout, and all content to be added to site.
Please respond with Price, timeline, and a sample (proof package) of your work. Bids without work examples will not be considered for this job.
