Collect and deliver Clipart for hundreds of words

I have a list of words in Excel that needs a clipart to represent it. The clipart needs to be absolutely free to use for non-commercial use. The clip art can not break any copyright laws or have a watermark on it.
This is great for someone that has a clipart software or is good at searching for free clipart on the web. It is very important not to break any copyright laws.
All clipart size needs to be at least 300 pixels wide and max. of 600 pixels. They need to be good enough resolution, not too pixelated. Ideally all clipart would be similar size.
The use is for a dictionary and will be posted online. The clipart needs to be saved in .gif. .jpg .jpeg or .png no other format. The clipart will be delivered as a single image file, not inserted into excel or word or any other program.
There are 1082 words that need a clipart. The excel list has definitions of the word. Some words have more than one definition but I only need a clipart for the first definition, if there is not a definition for the first one, use the second. I only need one clipart per word.
Must have strong English, have graphic knowledge, know and understand copyright.
