This is really two projects but anyone with the skills to do one could probably manage the other easily:
1. I have an access database. I want all the spaces to stripped out of the name and company name fields and replaced by +., eg "JB Shoes" replaced by "JB+Shoes". That is you will have to iterate through the database and use ADO or something to change the fields. The second part of this task is to work with the field called website address. Not all of the records have websites listed. Where there is no website listed (ie when the website address field is blank) I need the website address field to consist of a google search for the company's website based on their company name and their address.
ie [url removed, login to view];q=company+name+address1+address2&meta=
2. This is unrelated but they are both quite small jobs so thought I'd bundle them together.
In MS Outlook 2003 I want a task to be scheduled any time I send an email with the subject "first email". I want the task to be automatically scheduled when the email is sent (without any security warnings). The task should ideally contain the name and phone number of the contact which was selected to send the email (not sure how easy this is to do) and be scheduled to be done at 9 am 2 BUSINESS DAYS after the email was sent.
