Cost control : features enhancements

I would need some enhancements on the cost

control application you developed for me.

1- Reset button to put all values

to 0. Will simplify the use when making controls one after the other.

2- Reverse the Theorical and real

columns for easier reading

3- Ability to enter a transport

price instead of the one calculated (overwrite the calculated transport price).

4- Add a "add'l cost"

line (to be added below material line). This value should be added to "total

raw cost".
