audio record transcription

I am a master student of Tilburg University (Netherlands) and I study Information Management. Currently I am writing my master thesis and I have an audio record to be transcribed for these purposes. It is a record of the debriefing session that captures the discussion after the training field simulation game. There are 2-3 persons that hold the session and a few students answering their questions regarding their impression on the participation in the simulation game. It lasts 4 hours.
I have two audio files like the aforementioned - I would like to pay 35 dollar for the transciption of each one.
