Convert Ruby Class into Python Class

I have a very simple project/task for an individual who is able to convert a Ruby Class into a Python class.
The following class:

needs to be converted into a Python class (except for the train and train_em methods).
So, there are 4 class methods and an init() method to convert.
Also, the init() function uses properties from a YAML file located here ([login to view URL])
I would like to continue to use this YAML file (or convert it into JSON encoding if easier to work with) to initialize the class.
For someone who knows Python and Ruby, this should be a very simple task taking no more than a couple hours.
Willing to award this contract immediately.
