Custom JQuery Slideshow - Wordpress Plugin/ Feature

Looking for a customized JQuery slideshow to implement within specific Wordpress posts. The slideshow must be for specific items (with images and html text including links) that will allow me to add a few items to posts that I paste this slideshow. It will not be used for featured posts or to call categories etc.
I need to be able to create multiple slide shows and paste them into specific wordpress posts (using [...] ) and making it as simple as possible. I have seen it used in many sites before.
If you have experience with something like this, please show me your work. I've attached an image as I want the layout to look exactly as the image attached, with the option to use my own images for the next buttons etc.
Jquery essential - no flash please!
