Hi, I want to create a new "news site" for sports for México what I need is a Wordpress Theme with all of the following, i will provide you with the design of the main page and I want you to create all the rest of the pages based on my design.
-I need every part of the theme to be super well commented
-Needs to have responsive design (So i can see it on any tablet, mobile phone, or computer).
-The design needs to be pixel perfect on every major browser (IE 7+,Safari(mobile),Chrome(mobile),Firefox).
-I need some way to have live results for this soccer leagues and some way to manage it, and some way that if some post or news has to do with a match I can display the results, some pre-match information displayed,images about it, etc... but the leagues I need are Mexico(Primera A, National Team), Spain (La Liga and La Copa), Britain (Premier, FA cup), and the Champions League

-For each news-post I need the ability to easily add galleries, the ability to share in social media (Facebook, Twitter, google Plus and by e-mail), related posts, I need a really good commenting system (The site is focusing on having a lot of interaction with the users), add the ability to rate commenters-users and display the best graded ones on the sidebar (maybe a simple thumbs up or down).
-Have the ability to simply add videos from different sources (Youtube, Vimeo, own) and a place where I can see all the videos added.
-Have a place where I can see all the galleries in one page.
-Create some system so we can create debates like in this site [login to view URL]
-Add a forum where users can ask questions or also debate about different topics (I think bbpress wil do the trick)
-Add a breaking news ribbon at the top of the page like ESPN
-If you have any other idea for what else can I add to the site please just add it

How will i choose the winner?
-The previous work you send me, I just want to see maximum 3 sites that you have done before, if you send me your whole portafolio or a list of 50 sites I wont even consider your offer, if the sites you have done are related to sports - news site you will get some advantage
-If you can speak fluently spanish even though it wont count much that would be a small plus.
-The new ideas you think you can bring to this project to make it better, even if they cost me more money
So, in resume i need a news site focusing in sports with the requirements noted above.
Also I would like the winner to be part of this project so if I need future updates or new features you need to be able to help me out in the future!

And las but not least if you think the budget isnt enough tell me in a message and if I think what you offer is exactly what I need but more expensive I won't have much problem increasing the budget.
