Add Action Hook function to WP-User-Frontend for a custom post field

I'm using WP-User-Frontend plugin on my wordpress site to allow users to submit posts from the frontend.

I only allow users to submit urls. So I created a new form in WP-User-Frontend and gave it 2 fields: title and URL.

All I wanna do is grab the title, description and thumbnail of all submitted links.

WP-User-Frontend allows you to add "action hooks" field into your forms to perform custom jobs.

I have also found a function that scrapes external data from urls using cURL and OG tags.

What I want to do is integrate the Scraper function into WP action hook and display the results in a wordpress post in a neat way.
