add 11 Pages to my joomla site

Hi Coders

I need 11 pages entered into my joomla website. The only catch is I want to beable to edit the top portion of the page in content and have and rss feed below

Enter 11 pages with the title on top of the page with 3 inches of space underneath ( so I can later add text). Then add the feed for that page. I don’t know joomla so I am not sure it can be done this way or if you have to put a different content item above a feed content, but I think you can understand what I mean. I also the right side of the the page to have google ads. That’s it.
