Be able to work with server files and move/duplicate server files on local server with commands/codes.

I want a page for my website which automatically moves the upgrades made to my site from the beta to the main site. Basically it applies the changes coders have been working on.
i want a simple button on a blank page. which when clicked it duplicates the files in "[url removed, login to view]" and renames them to "[url removed, login to view]" and moves the previous "[url removed, login to view]" into a backups section in the server. therefore having a simple way to upgrade my site whenever changes are made in the beta. to make them public for everyone to see.
Also a revert button would be nice to restore one of the backups.
