Graphic design company seeks to develop B2B (web) application to facilitate communication-flow with big international client. Client local worldwide users need to be able to easily retrieve template documents, which they subsequently can either download or print. On top of this a new version of this template (language/size) can be requested. Change or print requests follow a specific approval carrousel activating several mail triggers. Monitoring on HQ and supplier level is integrated. Full detail of project needs (including visio on process structure and database structure, screenshots, mail templates,...) are available in the working document. This project needs a working prototype on january 15. Further testing and improvements can follow. Due to this deadline, extra renumeration (bonus) is awarded for timely completion. If this deadline is unrealistic, all offers with time-planning to prototype deadline are considered and compared.
