I have a website in php with a mysql backend. I have observed several bugs throughout the process flow and would like someone to work on them. We can chat about the bugs I have identified and the other details before starting work.
For further details and more accurate quotes please see the bugs we have identified below.
Some users have trouble registering - the form either will go to a blank page or will continue to say they have not filled in the required values even though they have. Several complaints come from Mobile users and say they experience problems after selecting a state.
For some orders it populates all file formats (checkbox selection on order form) even though the customer only selected 1.
Payment buttons are not working for some users. We have not been able to narrow it down to any one platform, browser or version. We have had complaints from Safari on Mac to IE on Windows to Mobile devices, etc. We have found no pattern.
Payment integrations are sometimes not recognizing that a payment is completed leaving the order stuck in “Pending Payment"
When we manually submit an order in the admin panel the price is not properly calculated
For some quotes that are subsequently converted to orders, after users comment back and forth, at some point it will show back up under an open quote and you are unable to clear it from the admin panel, I have to update the record in the database
When we setup a user through Add User in the admin panel, we can select a couple of file types but only one winds up visible on the orders
