I need a CRM with “German” GUI, in PHP with a MYSQL database. I can provide the translation (german-english) and the CRM has to be installed on my server. I want to rent the CRM as SaaS (software as a service) to my clients, so I need for myself an administrator login and for my clients a client login with several technician logins. The amount of technician logins (per client) has to be set by the administrator and must be changeable. Basically, I will have many clients with technicians who will have access ONLY to their products, customers, appointments etc.
The CRM should have the following functions for my clients: Customers, Suppliers, Products, Estimates, Invoices, Calendar, Calculations, Statistics, and Technicians. There should be import/export capabilities (CSV, Excel) and MS-Office integration. Furthermore, I need report (sales, estimates etc.) capabilities. The GUI needs to be in the German language and it should be in the well-known “Windows” structure to keep the learning curve down.
The CRM should be working in any browser and be compatible to windows and mac computers, as well as android and iOS tablets!
I will provide the required field-names for each table of the database.
You can start with an existing CRM, but the GUI has to be customized to my needs and language.
If required, you could get access to my server.
What would be the required time to do this kind of job and what would it cost. Also what additional information would you need?
