Convert Mambo 4.6.1 To Latest Joomla

Our Mambo 4.6.1 site is on a host that will be forcing php 5.4 on us within the next 30 days. Unfortunately Mambo does not work at all with this version of php, so we need to upgrade to the most recent possible version of Joomla to keep things intact.
Our Mambo site is extremely full of pages, files, downloads, etc. It is also imperative that we maintain the full path urls to all pages, files, images and content.
Looking for a complete migration, data and template/ui.
Please leave your bid and also advise on what version of Joomla we will need to upgrade to.
