Build a hotel booking system with payment engine

I need a website for booking a hotel. The feature of my web site is similar to [login to view URL](the appearance of the website),the primary appearance of the website consists of the formal features and search engine for the customer who wants to come to the hotel. search engine consists of 1-country and city(we dont want much countries, just Armenia, Iran, Iraq, turkey and emirates and the cities inside each country(just few of cities like capital city and some other)). the auto complete must be existed, for example if the customer typed 3 letters like IRA the suggestion will tell it is iran., 2-arrival time, 3-duration,4-star of the hotel(like 3 star, or 4 star),maximum pay for each day. the order of these items must be like [login to view URL] or other related websites like [login to view URL], booking.com......

the website must have the common details like cancellation policy, terms and condition, and other terms which exists in related websites.

the suggested hotels comes out of the Database, the data base just filled by the manager of the hotel, it means that the owner of the web site adds new hotels, the added hotels have hot season price and normal price,every hotel owner have a user name and password, by entering their username and pass word they come to a page that they choose how many rooms are left for the website every week to week and is their price like the same or it is hot season and the price are more. in the main page there is a link which directs the hotel owners to their page by checking their username and pass word, or if they are new commer the sign up system will help them

by searching from the first page the customers are lead to the second page. In second page the hotels which are match with their search are presented. the brief information about each hotel are exists(exactly the details that are existed in [login to view URL]). but they can get other information by clicking on a link on this part. if the customer chooses a hotel to stay he will go to other page for giving his/her information and book the hotel,AGAIN THIS PART MUST BE EXACTLY LIKE HOTELS.COM. the payment system must be installed [login to view URL] is the next step and we will give the plug ins to the programmer as soon as the website become ready.

in accepting the project, dear programmers tell us about their price and how long it will take. THE PRICE CHOOSED ARE MINIMUM and the price will be declared by the programmer and we will consider their price
