Browser Game Development

I am currently looking for an experienced web developer for work on a browser game. This project has been in the works for about six months, but is not moving as quickly as I would like. As of now, about 40% of the site has been programmed.
Requirements:
- Experience with Laravel framework
- Proficient English
- Understand the importance of a deadline
- Daily programming progress updates
If you have experience with other browser games/virtual pet games, that is a plus!
