Asterisk + Sugar CRM customisation, predictive dialer - open to bidding

We have Sugar CRM CE installed and Asterisk based vicidial dialer. We need customization of sugar CRM with agents be able to make calls using predictive dialer right from CRM, from one window, where they can:

1. set their status in the system: ready, no (at lunch, after call work, offline etc)

2. manage the call

3. talk using scenario

4. have FAQs to use at once

5. edit customer’s information right from the call

6. send emails and make notes (already in CRM, need to be simplified)

7. log a call for a specific time (already in CRM, need to be simplified)

8. go to an external website (landing page) to make registration.

We need to be able to monitor all agents work and have reports: online, historical and analytical: with the number of emails sent and registrations made. We can use Asternic or any other solutions recommended. It should be installed.

Asterisk can be reinstalled if needed. Need predictive dialer to be working properly.

Looking for a talented, serious and experienced PHP programmer in Asterisk+Sugar CRM integration. Existing modules need to be customised according to the tasks that would be provided.

If you’ve developed predictive dialer module ready to work in Sugar it’s a great plus. Means we can save time, not to develop it from the beginning. Ready to discuss the terms.

Our goal is to be able to use first prototype asap with development done task by task.
