Couponic Customizations - PHP Yii Framework

I have bought the Couponic script ([url removed, login to view], similar to Groupon) and need to implement the changes explained bellow:

1) add the page that links to "<domain>/referral/info" on "My Stuff" user account tab menu as (Invite a Friend)

2) create a blank page "[url removed, login to view]" to be opened when user clicks on "Refer Friends, Get $10" link on top of home page and user is not logged in.

3) add link to "sign up" page on top menu

4) remove "avatar" and "time zone" fields from "My Account" page

5) add "birth date" field on both "sign up" and "my account" pages (as in attachment)

6) add "gender" field on "signup" page (it is already inserted on "my account" page)

Changes must be done as "Custom" module and files with existing functionality would not be changed.

Development of the features above will me done on your own server, and files and install instructions will be delivered to me before payment is completed. If is needed, developer will be required to login on my server to configure the features.

The developer must have previous experience with the Couponic script or at least experience with Yii framework.

Agility on development is appreciated.
