The project has been confirmed by the client and we have been paid the deposit so the project award will be very quick.
I need a client specific CRM plugin for Wordpress. The client also wants to generate quote from a matrix of data where they can input several variables and then set the margin. We also need a client facing area so they can view their orders and make comments and raise quality issues through a ticket process.
We would need a process to order spares and parts for products clients have bought.

Scope of project is attached along with following notes:
1. The system would need search feature for client names and would need to prevent identical clients being entered if already in system
2. The system needs to allow resellers to add their own logo and name to PDF quote output.
3. The system would need to note the dates for expiration of warranties and send a warning email to the client and the account manager
4. Financial account balance for client account visible to client
5. After sales tickets system allows images to be uploaded.
