I am looking for an expert php programmer that can add some custom functionality to my wordpress admin.
I currently have a signup on my website where a user can choose to receive updates via text message or by email. Once a month the Wordpress administrator will need to login to Wordpress and schedule the message to be sent out. The users should receive the message by their preferred method (email or text message).
The texting will have to be integrated with a 3rd party texting solution. Here is their website: [url removed, login to view]
