I'm looking for people to help me with a design agency start-up. I have skill in Wordpress, CSS and HTML. I can also edit a PHP file, but I cannot create one myself. This will be a small startup, beginning with a small team. I need a Graphic Designer, a Flash and jQuery animator, a seasoned Photoshop user and a JavaScript and PHP coder. This is not a short term job, I am looking for a team to start a design agency with. The profits will be split between all team members. Location is not a big deal, we can have meetings over Skype and discuss projects through emails. PM me if you are interested. You do not have to be an expert in the required positions. As the agency grows, learning more complicated code and animations and coming up with more intricate designs will come with the experience.
